OKADAR terms of use
The OKADAR service is provided by OKADAR OÜ, reg. code 17580757. By using the service, creating an account or taking out a paid subscription, you accept these terms.
What the service provides
OKADAR provides tools for interactive 3D, configuration set-up, publishing and augmented reality. The set of available features is determined by the current offer of the service.
Cost of access and work
Access to OKADAR Studio costs €99 per month. Registration and model checking are free; exporting a configurator requires active Studio access. Creating a new model costs €350 per model; adapting an existing one costs €150 per model. VAT is not added to the displayed prices. OKADAR OÜ is not registered for VAT.
Renewal and cancellation
If taken out with automatic renewal, the subscription renews until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains valid until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
OKADAR is a digital service made available immediately after you subscribe. The purchase is an informed one: by subscribing you request and consent to immediate provision of the service and, where you are a consumer, acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once provision has begun. Accordingly, the subscription fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the mandatory law of Estonia or the European Union, or for confirmed erroneous or duplicate charges. Mandatory consumer rights under Estonian and EU law are not affected by these terms.
Rights to materials
Rights to connected models, images, texts and other materials remain with their owners. You must hold the necessary rights to use them. Production models may be hosted on your own infrastructure or CDN; test files may be stored temporarily under the technical terms of the service.
Acceptable use
OKADAR may not be used for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, to bypass security measures or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided in its current available state. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Rights that cannot be excluded by law are preserved.
Governing law and contact with the operator
Estonian law applies, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to a particular user. Questions may be sent to okadar@mail.ee.
