How billing works
The standalone Studio subscription and work on models are paid separately. Below we explain the charges, the included access and the payment documents.
Studio subscription
The standalone OKADAR Studio subscription costs €99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Access includes the tools for 3D, configurations, options, elements, prices and WebAR.
One-off 3D work
Creating a standard model costs €350 per model; adapting an existing one costs €150. The cost is determined by the number of models and the unit rate. This work is paid separately from the standalone subscription. Creating a model includes 2 rounds of revisions, adaptation includes 1; additional revisions are agreed separately. We reply to requests within 1-2 business days. We help you install the configurator code on your website free of charge by email.
Access included with 3D services
Each paid new model includes 30 days of Studio; each paid adaptation includes 14 days. The periods are added together; for this calculation a month equals 30 days. Once you have accepted the completed work and payment is confirmed, you receive an activation link valid for 30 days. The period starts after activation and is added after any current access. If you have an active subscription, the date of the next payment is moved by the included days. There is no repeat €99 charge for this period. Included access is part of the paid service; a refund of the service reduces or cancels the related period.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription is charged to a card monthly; one-off services are charged per the relevant order. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it on the payment page.
Taxes and total
VAT is not added to the displayed prices. OKADAR OÜ is not registered for VAT.
Invoices and subscription management
An invoice is available for every payment. The subscription can be changed or cancelled in your OKADAR account. On cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period. Billing questions: okadar@mail.ee.
