Subscription access terms
These terms apply to the OKADAR Studio subscription. The general terms of use and the privacy policy apply alongside them. Where the provisions on the subscription differ, the terms on this page apply.
The Studio service
OKADAR Studio is a software service for setting up interactive 3D configurators and WebAR for placement on your website. The available features are described on the site and may be updated.
Price and charges
The subscription costs €99 per month. Payment is charged monthly in advance; the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Model creation (€350) and adaptation (€150 per model) are separate one-off work and are not included in the standalone subscription. VAT is not added to the displayed prices. OKADAR OÜ is not registered for VAT.
Use of the editor and the result
An active subscription lets you create, set up, publish and re-export configurations for websites you own or manage. Published configurators keep working after the subscription ends. Without active access, Studio works in free mode: you can set up and check configurations, but you cannot publish them, get the website code or download the project files. The published result depends on OKADAR services, including delivery of the widget and configuration. The models you connect and those prepared for you remain yours; OKADAR stores links and settings, not model files.
Term and cancellation
The subscription period is one month with automatic renewal. It can be cancelled in your account at any time. Renewal then stops, and the paid access remains valid until the end of the period. After it ends, Studio switches to free mode, while published configurators keep working. Refunds of amounts paid are provided in the cases established by law.
Use and suspension of access
Unlawful content and use that harms the service, the operator or third parties are prohibited. In the event of a material breach, access may be suspended or terminated, with notice where possible. The subscription is intended for the traffic of one company. If the load exceeds the reasonable limits of a normal website, or the configurator is embedded in a third-party product, the operator may discuss separate terms with 30 days' notice.
Price, start of access and provision of files
The price of €99 per month is fixed for 12 months from the first payment. A general price increase may apply to you no earlier than the end of these 12 months and with 60 days' notice. The standalone subscription is paid at checkout. Access included with a 3D service starts after the link is activated and moves the next payment of a current subscription. On cancellation, the source files you have paid for remain yours and are provided on request within 30 days.
Changes to the terms, liability and governing law
The operator may update the service and the terms, giving advance notice of material changes. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Estonian law applies; the provider is OKADAR OÜ. Contact: okadar@mail.ee.
Activation of the included period
Paid 3D services include 30 days of Studio per new model and 14 days per adaptation. This access exists separately from the standalone subscription. It starts after activation of the voucher, whose link is valid for 30 days, is added after any current access and moves the next payment of a current subscription by the included days. Activating the voucher does not in itself create a subscription.
